This page explains what the website processes when you send a message through the on-site WhatsApp and email forms.
The form sends your name, email address, subject and message through Cloudflare to Dastan’s designated inbox. Sending does not add you to a mailing list.
The on-site form sends your name, WhatsApp reply number, subject and message through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to Dastan’s private, configured WhatsApp recipient. You do not leave the website to submit the form. Any reply comes separately through WhatsApp; this is not a two-way WhatsApp inbox on the website. Meta processes the message under its own terms. The recipient number is not displayed publicly.
Protection and retention
The public forms use length limits, a hidden spam field and shared rate limiting. Message delivery stays disabled if that protection is incomplete. Privately salted, pseudonymous counters are used only for abuse protection; expired records are removed during later requests. Hosting providers may also retain short-lived security logs under their policies.
Your choice
You can choose WhatsApp or email. Never send passwords, financial details, identity documents or confidential business information.
